Our View Out The Front Window December 31, 2017

Here are the links to our posts from the last week. Please take a moment to check them out.

The BoggsMobile stayed in the barn with the doors closed this week so the view has remained steady all week. I will show you the view outside the barn after the snow Friday evening.

Eyeballing the car tracks in the snow, it looks like we might have had about 2 1/2 to 3 inches of snow while we were at church. We had more on Saturday during the day. I know that some of you would love to have this snow and as far as I am concerned, you can have it!😀

May God bless you all as you enter into the new year.

Highlights of 2017 In Pictures

Hey Friends, this is Odie reporting from Ohio. This is my last report for 2017. It is hard to believe that this year is almost gone, but today is December 30th! Wow!

When this year began we were in church in Wichita, Kansas praising God for being an On Time God.

2017 has not been any different for us, for God has came through right on time, several times. I am still amazed when I look back over this year. It is impossible for me to adequately thank my God for coming through for me. Many of those times have been documented for you to read here.

2017 has been a great year. I will definitely look back on this year with fondness and great memories. Here are a few highlights of the year for me. It is hard to narrow down the highlights.

Singing at Sea 2017 with my friend Kaylene.

Watching my friends get married and become Mr. and Mrs. Conway.

Attending PFYC Katie and Jacqueline.

Being home for Easter Sunday at Dryden Road Pentecostal Church.

Breaking Ground on the house project.

Watching the foundation being poured.

Papaw Eugene rolling me up the ramp for the first time.

The entire month we spent at HPC this spring is a huge highlight of our year. I am so thankful for my dear friend Taylor Webb. She is a bright spot in my life. It was a privilege to help celebrate her graduation.

Seeing Uncle Scott Morris pull onto the Lazy OD Ranch for the very first time.

Watching the house go up before my eyes. These guys below and many, many others worked so hard to bring the house to life.

Watching the roof go on the house.

Attending Musication Nation 2017 with the Isaacs.

Meeting my cousin Evya Yeary.

Enjoying ice cream with Papaw Danny.

Wires and rumors of wires.

The house getting drywall.

The wood ceiling going up.

The day that Bro. Jimmie Radcliffe arrived bringing the cabinets and the talent and material to build the most beautiful and shower east of the Mississippi.

Campmeeting at Dryden Road 2017.

My first house guest sleeping in the spare room. I Love you, Brenda Galiher.

Celebrating Gran and Papaw's 50th wedding anniversary.

Meeting, this miracle, baby Lucas.

All the surprise visits from the Mayhans. See you on down the road.

Watching Deidre and Ben say "I Do". Mr. and Mrs. Shoemaker, I love and miss you and I can not wait to see you in 2018.

Watching a lot get accomplished on the house project. I am trying to avoid this entire post being full of house pictures, but it has been a big part of the year. I love the little cottage. I am excited to hopefully see it  completed in 2018.

Getting to be with my awesome Montana friends is always a special treat.

I enjoyed getting to be with these two miracles in Atwater, California, Elliot and Mason. They are precious and answers to many prayers.

Meeting the triplets was wonderful.

I loved getting to visit Pastor Spencer and our friends at Riverdale.

We capped the year off by being home for Christmas and spending time with family. This was a excitement packed year and I have been blessed.

I could go on and on and on with highlights from 2017, but this post needs to end at some point. May God bless all of our friends that we were blessed to seen this year.

Looking ahead to 2018, I am excited about what next year will hold. I am sure it will have its share of twists and turns, but I am ready for the ride. Thanks for coming along on the journey with us. We appreciate all of you who take time to follow along with us.

Schedule Change and More Church

We have a small schedule change that I want to make you aware of since the dates will be on us very quickly. We are supposed to begin our first revival of 2018 with Homecoming on the first Sunday of January for Pastor Barry Gautreaux at Christian Tabernacle in Pine Prairie, Louisiana. That revival is still on.

Our next revival was supposed to be in Foley, Alabama and then two weeks later at Moss Point, Mississippi. Pastor Tim Cauley and Pastor Eddie Sullivan talked among themselves and decided to swap dates if it worked for us. It actually works much better for us.

So now revival in Moss Point begins on January 14th and revival in Foley begins on January 28th. Citronelle, Alabama is still sandwiched in between. You can access our full schedule by following the links on Mile Markers or by clicking HERE.

Revival

Our home church began revival Thursday night with Bro. Todd Hatcher. This is an annual revival that runs through the New Year's Eve service. It is one of the highlights of the year at Dryden Rd. and we are thankful that we get to be home for part of it. I will have some pictures of the first night toward the end of the post.

First I have some pictures of our recent visit to Hodgenville Pentecostal Church in Hodgenville, Kentucky. Pastor Webb and his family and church have embraced us so warmly and we appreciate their open arms for us and all of their kindness. We had a wonderful evening with them.

Revival at Dryden Rd. began well last night. We had a wonderful breakthrough in the altar service. Bro. Todd Hatcher is one of the preachers home grown at Dryden Rd. and he is a fine young man and preacher. We look forward to more good things this weekend.
