Mom and Aunt Karen are in Vermont. Pray for them. They are scheduled to sing tonight at Lowell Bible Church. I am believing and for a wonderful move of God in the service.

Family Dinner Meetings

Hey Friends,

Last week, we met up with some of our family. I love any time I get to spend time with family! 

We met up with some of the Morgan crew at a local Buffalo Wild Wings. The visit was amazing, and the food was really good. 

Below are a few pictures from our family lunch. 

Then another time we got to meet up at Alcapulco som of the Boggs clan. We were going separate directions, but you have to pause for dinner. Family, salsa and great food made the rainy day super fine. 

It was raining, and I did not get a selfie with everyone. Steve, Karen, Mamaw and Papaw were part of this dinner. I will end with a few pics from dinner.

KJ and K Fay Boggs Massachusetts Weekend

 Hey Friends,

This is Odie checking in from Ohio. Mom and Aunt Karen have had a good weekend. 

Guess what, they sent some pictures. Thanks, Evan Binkley, for reminding them to take pictures. Bro, I knew you would help me. 

It looks like they are having a great trip. It makes me happy to see our friends. 

I will close with the pictures they sent. Last night, I asked for pics. Here is what I received first! My crazy Mother and Aunt. Those girls are quite a pair. 

 

Keep them in your prayers.  They will move on to Vermont for service on Wednesday.

Sunday Sanity 9/13/26

 Hey Friends,

Today is a special day. Our beloved Pastor, Bro. Bennie Sutherland, is celebrating his birthday. He has been our pastor for almost 38 years. We love him so much!

God blessed us with an incredible Shepherd. His love, care and guidance have helped us more than words can convey. 

I still love hearing the Word of God as he delivers it. God gives him a special anointing!

Here is a nugget of sanity from a recent service. I hope it encourages you today. God is with us yesterday, today, tomorrow and forever.

Boggs Family Ministries Team Is On The Move

 Hey Friends,

KJo and Karen are traveling for ministry over the next several days. They are making up the BFM team this time. Today, they will fly to Boston. 

I decided to stay home this time around. October, we will be on the move most of the month. I wanted to rest up a bit. 

Mom took Aunt Karen with her on this current trip. They will be in Everett, Massachusetts, at Bethel Revival Center on Sunday. They are excited to see Pastor Orville Plummer and our friends in the Boston area. 

Pastor John DiZazzo of Wichita, Kansas, is scheduled to preach both Sunday services at Bethel. Mom and Karen will minister in music and song. 

Then they will also be visiting the David DiZazzo family in Vermont next week. On Wednesday, they will minister at Lowell Bible Church. 

I am excited that they will be seeing our friends. These are two of our favorite places. I know the scenery, fellowship and weather will be beautiful. 

Pray they have safe travels and a great week. Hopefully, they remember to take pictures!!! Mom and Karen tend to forget that we need pic.  We want to see their trip! Text Mom and remind her to take pictures on her phone! 😄

9/11/2001 25 Years

 Hey Friends,

25 years ago, life forever changed for all Americans. Our country was attacked and devastated by terrorists. I will never forget that day. The helplessness and uncertainty were overwhelming. 

We have visited the museum and memorial in NYC. It is one of the best memorials we have visited in our travels.

Through the years, I have read, heard and watched countless firsthand 9/11 accounts. My heart still breaks for all the victims and families of lives lost in the attacks. I will never be able to wrap my head around it all!

I always tend to reflect a lot around this date. Mom and I recently came across this story from a survivor. It moved us so deeply! I figured I would share it here with you. 

I have not read her book or watched the movie, but what a testimony. In the midst of devastation and destruction, God was working. He was dealing with a soul and showing mercy. 

This testimony is just a reminder to me that it is not to late for God to work. He can turn tragedy into a testimony!

Technical Difficulties

 Hey Friends,

I am hopping on here to let you know we are doing fine. I hope you’re having a good week.

I had a post planned for today, but I could not get pictures to load. I do not know what is up with Blogger. Hopefully the issue will be resolved soon. 

If I did not have something published today, we would be getting calls and text from family and friends checking on us. I definitely do appreciate people being concerned about our well-being.

A Sunday Surprise

 Hey Friends,

Sunday morning we had a great surprise. We had visitors at DRPC from Florida. It was so good to see Bro. Sean and Sis. Chondra Hume!

They have been our friends for many years! We share many memories from our visits to there home church in Haines City, Florida. 

I am so glad they came to visit DRPC   while in the area. I know they were glad to hear Bro. Bennie preach. 

After church we got the chance to visit with the Humes more. We introduced them to Ohio’s best pizza, Cassano’s. They seemed to enjoy it too!

I am glad we were home to see our friends. The surprise made our Sunday even greater.

Boggs Family Labor Day 2026

 Hey Friends,

I hope you had a great Holiday yesterday! Some of the Boggs family and added family gathered yesterday at Papaw's barn. That's the popular holiday family hangout. 

We enjoyed visiting over hotdogs, sides and desserts. It was a wonderful way to spend our Labor Day! I love our family gatherings. We always miss those who can not make it! 

I snapped some pictures. I got pictures of everyone who was there except for two people. Well, you know what I look like.  I was there  😂.

I do apologize to Lauren's boyfriend, Ian. He definitely was there, but I missed a direct picture . I will make up for it next time! 😂 He is partially in one of the photos. That means we do have some proof that he was there. 😂
