Hey Friends,
Thank you for joining me today. Yesterday I was having a rough day. I have been dealing with an ongoing health issue.
We have been working with my doctor to get it resolved. We have changed medications multiple times. Every time I feel hopeful and seem to be making progress, then the same issue comes back! I have been dealing with it again lately.
I had a pre-scheduled check-in phone call with the doctor. She wanted me to change up the way I take the medicine, but keep trying the current medication for a couple more months.
Hopefully, that will resolve my issue.
Please pray with me! This is a small thing compared to so many other pressing need of our family and friends. This is my need, and nothing is to hard for God!
I want to avoid another surgery, but that may be our next step if this current plan does not work. I am exhausted! This week, I have been physically and emotionally drained! My close circle of family and friends has been helping me shoulder this load. I am so thankful for them!
When I opened my Bible app yesterday, the verse of the day was just for me! Often, the verse of the day is right on target for my current life.
I thought this verse might be a Word For The Weary today. I found comfort in the reminder of the message.
Yes, I know this truth, and believe it with all my heart! But I needed to read it again! I am glad God’s word is still alive and real for today.
