The Tent Goes Up In Dayton, Ohio!

The church has once again left the building to go out and compel the lost to come home! We are so glad to be in our home area working with churches that we have been associated with all of our adult lives and even farther back than that.

We first went to Murlin Heights, Rt. 4 and Spaulding Rd for youth rally's and special services when we were young people. Dryden Rd has been our home church for nearly 28 years so we are very thankful to be working with these churches as part of City Reach Dayton.

We have had three great services with folks from the community being touched each night. I love this! I am expecting more great things the next three nights!

Here are at least some of the great crew that put up the tent Saturday. A few of the folks had already left to pass out flyers.

Several of these folks drove all the way from Waynesville to help us and we appreciate each one that came. Bro. Jimmie, Kelly Jo and I had already put in several hours of prep work but in less than 2 hours and 20 minutes we were basically finished and taking the picture of the crew posted above.

That is how the tent went up in Dayton. We are at 601 N. Main St., Dayton, OH. Come be with us at 7:30 if you can. Thank you for stopping by today.

City Reach Dayton - Revival In Pictures

It is time for a little bit of City Reach Dayton in Pictures. We have had two great services so far this week and I am thrilled. God has been reaching and saving and I have been crying and rejoicing! We have had good crowds from the churches and good participation from the community. I am expecting the next four nights to be just as good!

I will probably say this again, but it is very exciting to be working with churches in our home area. These folks have known us through thick and thin and back to thick again. They know us well, warts and all. To have them on board with us in City Reach Dayton is an honor and a privilege. I want God to bless them for their efforts.

Now I give you the pictures from the first two nights of City Reach Dayton. I hope you enjoy.

My breakfast delivered to the tent Monday morning. It is one of Kelly Jo's Monster Omelets!
