Baby Charlie Is A Year Old

Hey Friends,

This is Odie checking in from my "Beach Cottage." I am glad that I have been blessed with a beautiful home to live in. It has been really nice to enjoy it. I have been isolated at home lately like most of you.

Online Revival

Have you listened to or watched any of the online revival? We have been having a wonderful time in the Lord? It is amazing to feel His presence so close to us. I enjoy virtually gathering with saints to worship God. We are from many different places, but God does not know geographical boundaries. I am thankful that He is always with us.

Join us tonight, Saturday, live at 8pm eastern time. Please subscribe to our Boggs Family Ministries channels here on Mixlr and here on Youtube. The services are also archived if you can not join us live. Thank you to many of you that have faithfully joined us in revival. Your online "Amens" has been so encouraging to us!

Happy Birthday Charlie
Thursday, April 2nd was a very big day because Charles Ray Shoemaker turned 1! He is the son of my Cousin Deidre and her husband Ben. Charlie has been an awesome addition to our family.

Today I am going to relive some of my memories from his first year. I have already gathered a ton of happy memories of Charlie. Most of these pictures have been posted here in the past. I think they are worth seeing again. How in the world has a year passed in the blink of an eye?

Charlie captured "Auntie O's" heart before he was even born. Then on the morning of April 2, 2019, this picture arrived in a text message. I was immediately smitten!

My heart melts every time that I get a picture of this handsome guy. Charlie is just so precious. My love for him multiplies as he grows!

Charlie was a month old the first time we met him in Gainesville, Texas.

He was so tiny and hugable! I wanted to hold him all night, but I gladly shared him with my parents.

They thought that he was pretty great too! We are proud of him!

Last summer Charlie came to visit at my house. We had a fun couple of hours. Hopefully, he can come back to see me again.

This is one of my favorite pictures that Deidre has sent me. His smile is so contagious. This picture was taken on Christmas morning.

In February Deidre and Charlie visited us in Livingston, Texas. I am so thankful for every moment that I get with my little man.

We absolutely love you, Charlie!

You made the world a better place. Everyone that meets you loves you!

I love to FaceTime with Deidre and Charlie. It makes my day to see his smile. He has actually called me on his own twice. Deidre and Ben were both shocked to see my face randomly show up on their phone screens.

Deidre called last week, he had enjoyed his Spaghetti-O's for lunch. This is what I saw when I answered the call. He is definitely part Boggs because Charlie loves food!

Oh, my word The next couple of pictures are priceless. Deidre took them while Charlie was watching revival. I could not believe how precious these photos were of him dressed up for church.

Charlie, you are growing up into a fine little boy! I am so proud of you! I am excited to continue to watch you grow up! Happy 1st Birthday!! Auntie O loves you so much!

Thursday evening I joined several people from four different states on Zoom. We virtually celebrated Charlie's birthday.  Here are some pictures of Charlie's 1st birthday.  You can tell he had a fun time! Thank you, Deidre, for the pictures!

Thanks for going down memory lane with me. I am grateful that we collect photos to remember the sweet moments of life. I enjoy being able to share these memories with you.

I hope you have a fabulous weekend. Thank you for taking the time to stop by for a visit.

The yard was in bad need of cutting, so we tackled that Thursday. This is definitely a picture you do not see much in Revival In Pictures.

This is a behind the scenes look at revival in the garage. An iPad that is recording for Mixlr and a laptop that is monitoring the picture on YouTube sit on a case about 4-5 feet in front of the Bible Stand.

My iPhone is placed on a stand just to the left of the case above. It provides the YouTube feed.

On the Bible Stand is another older iPad that I use to control the sound system and my newer iPad I use for a songbook and preaching notes.

The sound system with an old iPhone with a spider web screen. I use this phone to play music through for the beginning of the Mixlr feed.

Our little temporary church.

I am using one speaker for a monitor and another speaker for ambient sound.

Thursday evening was the official end of our 14 day isolation quarantine. We are going to continue to isolate from our family and everyone else for a few more days, but we did feel the liberty to slip out to the laundromat for a late night visit. Trust me, it was essential!😉

Thank you for joining us for Revival In Pictures. Did you enjoy all the pictures that were sent in? I sure enjoyed them.
