PFYC Thursday April 4th In Pictures

 Hey Friends,

Thank you for joining me today for another post. This is Odie reporting in once again. I hope you are ready for a picture overload today.

I have pictures from last Thursday's Pentecostal Fire Youth Conference. Later this week, I will have pictures from Friday. If you missed yesterday's post, click here to see my notes. 

It was great to see so many friends and make new friends again this year! Many people I have not seen in several years, and it made me so happy to reconnect with them! I tried to get as many pictures as I could. 

At PFYC, I have to stop and say hello and grab a quick selfie with as many people as I can. Some people I only see for a fleeting moment, and others I don't even get to speak to; I just see them at a distance. 

I apologize ahead of time. I am unable to put names on all of these pictures. I know many of you enjoy it when I can add names to the pictures. I may jump in with some commentary in a few places.

Odie 's PFYC 2024 Notes NO Other Gods

Hey Friends,

This is Odie reporting from Ohio. How are you? I hope you had a great weekend. I know I sure did!

I returned home Saturday evening from Tennessee. My friend Michelle Bostwick and I traveled to Pigeon Forge on Wednesday. We joined the other 5,000 people who attended the Pentecostal Fire Youth Conference. We had a wonderful time!

Michelle was a great chauffeur! Thanks, Chelle, for helping me all weekend! She gladly handleled my wheelchairs, it was always service with a smile! I am blessed with excelent friends that help me so much! I really enjoyed getting to spend extra time with her!

PFYC is one of my all time favorite events to experience. There is something so powerful about gathering with that many people to have church.

Every spring PFYC takes place at the LeConte Center in Pigeon Forge. It is two days with four power packed life changing services! It is a special weekend for the young people and the young at heart. I am always glad to attend when I get the opportunity!

It is always great to see so many friends a PFYC! I am working on combing through pictures from the meeting. I will share those soon!

Today I have my notes from the services. Every preacher did wonderfully! God anointed them to speak the truth to us! I also included a picture of each preacher with my notes below. My notes are in conjunction with the published conference schedule from the PFYC website.

Odie's Easter Weekend 2024

Hey Friends,

This is Odie; I am reporting on this fine Saturday. I hope you are doing well. I  am doing great. I have enjoyed my time at home.

I have squeezed in some travel this week. Over the last few days, I have had a wonderful time at the Pentecostal Fire Youth Conference. Next week, I plan to give you a recap of PFYC 2024.

Odie's Easter Weekend 2024

How was your Easter weekend? I had a super great weekend!

On Friday, I went to lunch with my Mamaw and Papaw. We enjoyed spending some time together on a beautiful sunny day!

My Frisch's Big Boy was a really good one!

Saturday afternoon, I spent some time next door at Doods. The kids enjoyed their egg hunt, and I enjoyed seeing family.

Ressurection Sunday: I was in two outstanding services at DRPC! Being home for Easter with my church family is always so good!

Our pastor, Bro. Bennie Sutherland preached wonderfully! Conviction was strong in the house. A few people prayed for salvation. The gospel touched many lives, and I think the saints were all saved again! We had a powerful altar service!
