Hey Friends,
Thank you for joining me today! I want to tell you a little about a special lady in my life.
I hope I can get this post right. I had it all just about completed. Then, Blogger decided to crash on me and did not save my work correctly.
On July 14, 1977, a beautiful baby girl was born. Her name was Kimberly Ann Morgan. She was Danny and Betty Morgan's third and final child. Kim completed their family of five. She joined her big sister, Kelly Jo and big brother, Danny Lee.
Mom‘s little sister was born when Mom was nine years old. I love to hear Mom tell stories about their childhood.
I was born when Kim was nine years old. Practically, she was little sister to Mom and big sister to me. She probably did not like having a little niece in her shadow! I can genuinely say I do not remember fighting with Aunt Kim when I was little. We have always been extremely close!
Kim has always been there to cheer me on and be a shoulder to cry on when I need it. We love sharing funny things with each other, whether it's a funny joke, picture, video or a tiny object. I am just so blessed to have an awesome hand in my corner! She works hard to share a special bond with all of her nieces and nephews!
Aunt Kim is an incredible person! Everyone who knows her loves her! She is a teacher by trade. When you go to town with Aunt Kim, expect to run into someone who was her former student. She has impacted many lives for the good!
So, I wanted to take a moment today to wish her a very happy birthday and let her know that we love her so very much! Not a day goes by that I do not thank God for giving me a wonderful Aunt Kim!
Mom, Kim and myself say you can get our actual age by adding our two digits together. Most years from July to October, the three of us are the same age. This year, 5+7, 4+8 and 3+9 = 12! That is why I say Happy 12th Birthday, Aunt Kim!
I decided to include a handful of photos in this post.
I have the greatest sister in the world.
She makes me laugh.
She makes me feel loved.
She makes me feel secure.
She makes me happy!
I want to wish her the Happiest Birthday Ever!!
KJo
