Monterey, California

Today (Saturday) we rode over to the coast with Pastor Anthony, Sis. Rose, Bro. Tito and Sis. Robin. We spent most of the time on the wharf in Monterey enjoying good food, beautiful sunshine and lots of laughs! Here we are enjoying our first meal of the day on the way over in Los Banos at Denny's.

We ate, walked around, ate, laughed, ate, took a boat ride, ate, drove down by the ocean, ate and generally had a tremendous time.

Here's a picture of Sis. Rose during our second meal. She is eating a wonderful Italian dish. It was so good!

We took a 30 minute ride on a boat to see the Sea Lions, Sea Otters and thousands of Jellyfish. As we walked down to the boat they really cautioned us to watch our heads on the low beam before boarding the boat. Kelly Jo looked every where for the low beam but she never did find it!

Next we found great seafood restaurant right there on the wharf for our third meal of the day. Love that fresh seafood!

Then we drove the 17 mile road that leads through the Pebble Beach Community. It was a gorgeous drive with plenty of ocean views and nice big gated houses.

We headed back to Fresno but not without out another stop in Los Banos at Carl's Jr for our last meal of the day. Well, that is if you don't count the ice cream cones from Dairy Queen right before we arrived back home! I forgot to take pictures of those two so you will have to take my word for it... lol

It was a great day with the Munoz clan! Hope you had a great Saturday as well. God Bless you all.

Friday Night at Souls Harbor

A few pictures of the fellowship after church Friday night in Fresno. We had a great crowd with folks from Atwater, Raisin, Hanford and the Cornetts from Ohio. We had a great service as well. Davy

The 2nd night of revival was very good. It seems folks are hungry for a move of God and they are praying good in the altars. Several folks cane down from Atwater and we were glad to see them.

After church we all went to the Pastors house and Sis. Rose cooked up an Italian feast. It was Sooooo good! The Munoz families were among the first people we met when we came to California 18 years ago and they have always shown us great hospitality. We thank God for such dear friends.

We are looking forward to tomorrow night. There is no telling what God will do in our lives.

Amazing Grace to Souls Harbor

We closed revival in Atwater at Amazing Grace Holiness Tabernacle Tuesday night and after church the home folks and visitors alike were in full celebration mode at Taco Bell. lol We really did have a great revival and enjoyed God's rich blessings so much. Pastor Jared Burris, his family and the church have treated us so well and we appreciate it very much.

This morning we packed up and headed south to Fresno to start revival tonight (Wednesday) at Souls Harbor Holiness Church and their fine Pastor Anthony Munoz. We met these folks when we first came to California to preach in 1992 and they have proven themselves true friends through the years. We are so glad to be back with them. We cranked up to a pretty good start tonight and we are looking forward to even better. I will try to post some pictures of them in the next few days.

Shout On Sis. Donna Maggard

Dryden Road Pentecostal Church now has one more member on the other side.  Sis. Donna had countless battles on earth but she was a fighter!!  God called her home on Monday morning!  She will have to fight no more!!!!

Many times she came to church not feeling well and she left shouting the victory!  Sis. Donna Maggard was truly an inspiration to me!  I will see her again soon!!!!
Although her family and friends will miss her greatly!  It is a joy to know she is shouting on streets of gold right now!!

The viewing will be Thursday from 4-8 and the Funeral will be Friday at 11:00 A.M. All the services will be held at Dryden Road Pentecostal Church.

Please keep her family in your prayers!!!

Atwater Friends

Hey!!!!!!

Its Odie checking in from Atwater, California again. Revival continues to be great. The Lord has met us in every service. We have one more night and I'm anxious to see what God will do.

God has His hand on this Church! We are expecting great things to happen. Please keep them in your prayers!!!!!

I thought I would show you a few pics of our friends here at Amazing Grace. The Burris family has grown since our last visit to California. Grant and Blake are both 18 months old. They each know how to melt my heart. Grant is a clown and Blake is a sweetheart.

This church has a crew of kids. I love it!!!!!! I have a train of kids following me around the church.
