Hey Friends,
This is Odie checking in. 2018 is off to a great start for me. I hope you are doing well too. I have loved being on the road again and the services we have been in have been wonderful.
It was a privilege to be with Pastor Barry Gautreaux and our friends at Christian Tabernacle through last night. We have been coming to Pine Prairie, Louisiana nearly 12 years. I am so grateful God allowed our paths to cross with these great people. They have been true friends to us! It is awesome to see what God has done for our friends and I know God will continue to bless them.
Today the BoggsMobile will be traveling to Moss Point, Mississippi. We are looking forward to being with Pastor Tim Cauley and the folks there. We always have a fantastic time with our friends at Forts Lake Assembly.
Revival begins tomorrow and runs through Friday. You are invited to join us. We usually have several friends that visit us at Forts Lake and we love to see everyone.
The work continues at home on the house that is being built for me to live in. The progress that has been made in the last 7 days is a dramatic change! We are a couple major steps closer to being finished. I am about to bounce off the walls with excitement. You can read about the HVAC install and see the pictures in Dad's Tuesday post here.
Now the siding install has started and I love the way it is looking. We will definitely have more pictures and details on the siding later. I can not wait for you to see it. Thank you to my Papaw Eugene and Uncle Steve for keeping everything running smoothly at home!
Happy Birthday
I want to wish my Daddy an early Happy Birthday! He will be celebrating his special day in a few days. I did not want to miss an opportunity to tell my amazing Papa that I love him. We had a lot of fun on the blog last year for Dad's birthday. Check out those posts by clicking here and here.
My latest favorite pictures of Dad are from our day trip in November to Sequoia National Park. You can read about that wonderful day by clicking here
Dad, I really do love you "More than a hog loves slop!" You are a wonderful Father, Teacher, Preacher, Counselor, Friend and my Teddy Bear. Words can not convey my appreciation and admiration for you. You have given me so much all of my life and it is impossible for me to adequately thank you.
Thank you so much for giving of your time, money, labor and strength on the entire house project. I know it is a heavy load on top of all your other ministry and family responsibilities and stresses. I will never forget all you have done for me. I hope you have a fabulous birthday! Love, your Baby Girl forever and always!
Thank you all for stopping by for a visit. We appreciate you giving us a few minutes of your day. Have a great weekend.
