View Out The Front Window August 9, 2015

Check out our posts from the last week at the links below.

This is our view out the front window early Saturday morning at Stage Stop RV Park in Ozark, Missouri.

And this is the view out the front door.

This is our view this week our the front window at South Mission Holiness Church in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.

We are thrilled to begin revival this morning for Pastor Leon Rich and all of his fine folks. We love coming here. These are some of the nicest folks in the world and we always have good services. We have never been here when it has been above freezing but i think 100+ is a little extreme on the other end.

The real temperature was only 100 yesterday about 4:15 but it felt like 109. I believe it!

I hope you have a good Sunday.

Odie's Road Ramblings

Hey Friends, this is Odie coming to you from the road.  I apologize if this post is not coherent. We will blame in on the bumpy roads. My thoughts are a jumbled mess. LOL!

We are traveling toward Oklahoma. I am looking forward to seeing Pastor Leon Rich and all the crew at South Mission in Broken Arrow. Revival is scheduled for Sunday morning through Friday night. Please come visit us. We love being in service with friends.

Well, I have absolutely enjoyed getting to be home a lot this summer. I love spending time with family. I have squeezed in as much fun as I possibly could manage. I have more pictures to post. While going through pictures I realized that I have yet to post any pictures from 4th of July. I will get to those soon.

This week my cousin Lisa and I enjoyed a delicious lunch at Royce Cafe and Lebanon, Ohio. I had their yummy Chicken Salad Croissant and Mushroom Soup. Lisa loved the Greek Salad she ordered.

Yes, I took pictures of the food.  Sis. Lacey Lamb let me know she went to Royce because of my blog post earlier this summer. Blogging about food does have an impact. I am glad I can be an inspiration!

Thanks, Lisa, for wonderful afternoon! I always appreciate it when you take time from your busy schedule for me. I love you, Cousin!

As you can see my cousin Deidre was not able to join us for lunch. She was on a plane headed to Germany. Dee, you were missed at lunch!

This is Deidre's second summer going with the team from Ozark Bible Institute to Germany. Please pray for them as they minister. I think they will return to the states around August 18th. You can follow Deidre's adventures at  http://deidrestravels.blogspot.com

Until next time have a wonderful weekend.

Last Day At Home

After a busy day and a late night I am trying to get things cranking this morning so we can get on the road toward Oklahoma. Today's post may be a little abbreviated because of it..

It was so good to be at our home church last night with our Pastor and all the folks. These saints have loved us through thick and thin and back to thick again. They have been loyal and loving toward us when I am sure it was not easy and it is always a joy to be among them. We will be back with them at Indoor Fellowship Meeting in twelve days by God's grace.

Speaking of Indoor, you should make plans to come be with us that week if you can. The meeting starts on Tuesday night August 18 and runs through Friday night the 21st. There will be meals served Wednesday through Friday along with a morning service those days a well. Pastor Shad McDonald is preaching at night and Pastor Dwain Galiher is preaching in the morning. I know it is going to be good and then good some more!

We plan to be there all week soaking up all the blessings we can get our hands on before we begin our sprint toward the end of the year. There will be plenty of blessings to go around so come and get some for yourself. We would be thrilled to have you join us.

I will leave you with just a few pictures from Thursday. Thanks for reading.
