Last of the Mexico Pictures From Rosemary Landress

We will be traveling again today so I thought I would post the last of the pictures from our trip to Mexico with Bro. Larry and Sis. Rosemary Landress and Holiness in Mexico. I believe these are all pictures from Sis. Rosemary's camera Saturday and Sunday.

I am still rejoicing over the move of God we had in the services especially Sunday night. There are several pictures of some of the folks that were saved including the precious 79 year old gentleman that was saved Sunday night. Praise God for His goodness.

As I said, we will be traveling today by God's grace. The temperature has really dropped overnight and the wind has picked up considerably. I hope and pray that today's travel is as uneventful as yesterday's travel.

God bless you all.

Most of the men in the village of La Linea are fisherman. They use these boats to go out into the Ocean for shrimp.

This young man below was already a Christian but he was really touched Sunday night and said he felt like God was calling him into the ministry. Praise God.

Several of the young children wept and prayed in the altar service Sunday night. Who can say what God was doing in these young lives? I still remember services that touched me as a child.

Saturday Travel Day

Saturday was an absolutely beautiful day to travel. It was sunny, warm and no wind to speak of at all. We were rewarded with awesome views the last two hours of travel too.

Kelly's iPhone camera could only partially capture the beauty but the pictures are not half bad at all.

We left Dodds at 9:30 Saturday morning and traveled until 7:00 PM. We are stopped for the night in a little RV Park along I-44 about 25 miles east of Springfield, Missouri for a total of about 575 miles for the day.

We left the tent trailer in Waynesville and the BoggsMobile seemed to be glad to leave the trailer the behind. It was ready to run today and run it did. Zooming up hills and eating up miles by the hundreds. I love it when this machine is running good and the weather is good too. Travel days do not get much better than that.

We should be in Claremore, Oklahoma by bed time Sunday night if all goes as planned. It is supposed to be much colder out here in Missouri and Oklahoma on Sunday and very cold overnight into Monday. The forecast right now is 16 Sunday night in Claremore. That is too cold!

Thanks for reading.

Bro. Marty Millikin

__________________

Bro. Marty Millikin slipped into Heaven Thursday evening. His battle is won and his victory is certainly complete but he left behind a very sad and grieving family. Please pray for his parents Jim and Wilma Millikin and his brother and family Jimmy, Shauna, Carli and Landon Millikin. There are no words to describe their hurt at letting Marty go.

We pulled everything together today and we will be leaving Saturday morning by God's grace to make our way to Oklahoma for the funeral. My brother Steve and my Dad jumped in and helped me complete all the things that needed to be done to leave. Thank you all so much. The funeral will be at Westside Holiness Church in Claremore, Oklahoma on Tuesday.

We were scheduled to start revival in Central City, Kentucky for Pastor Alan Harris Sunday night but we have decided it is best to cancel it because of the funeral. Bro. Harris was so gracious to us and we appreciate his kindness so very much.

We know that God is able to help the Millikin family, their church and their friends. Thank you for holding them up before God in prayer.

God bless you all.

A Very Boggs Christmas 2013

The whole Boggs family came together on Christmas Day to eat and have fun. We did plenty of both of those things. Rather than a traditional meal we had German Sunday's, Cassano's home kit pizzas, Reuben and assorted wonderful finger foods. It was fantabulous!

We had a great day with family and friends. Here are a few pictures to document the tremendous day.
