Hello From California

 Hey Friends,

 

We woke up dark and early yesterday. The car was headed right back to the CVG airport for a 7:12 AM flight. 

The travel day went great. We had another layover at the SLC airport. We were right back in some areas that we were in on Tuesday afternoon. 

After 2 hours on the ground, it was time to be back in the air. We were bound for Fresno, California. It was good to visit the FAT airport once again.

Once we were off the plane, we headed to baggage claim. Everything was right where it was supposed to be. That is always when I can breathe a sigh of relief. 

The rental car process was easy. Soon we were headed to the hotel. A long nap was calling my name. It felt so good to lie down! We both were able to sleep some on the planes. 

We had beautiful sights out of the plane window today. The sky was clearer today. I love seeing God's creation from above.

Back To It

 Hey Friends,

We had a great trip out west with my grandparents. We made it home safely on Wednesday afternoon.

Thursday, we were back to real life. it was time for us to do laundry, unpack, and repack. In between times, Mom found time to mow the yard, we ran errands, and said hello and goodbye to some family.

We have to catch a flight early this morning to California. We have been asked to attend a campmeeting next week to help with music. We are excited to see lots of friends while in California!  

I am off to catch a nap before my 3 AM wake-up call. I am not a fan of these early morning flights!

Salt Lake City Check In

 Hey Friends, 

We are still traveling. We are not home yet as planned. Yesterday's travel was great. 

Once we were waiting on our flight from Salt Lake City to Cincinnati, they announced it was an oversold flight. They were searching for 4 volunteers to take another flight today. 

We agreed to take the flight. We each received compensation. Delta also gave us a hotel voucher. 

So I am off to catch another flight. See you tomorrow.

Happy 30th Birthday Kayla Jo

 Hey Friends,

Today is a day devoted to travel. We are scheduled to fly home today. It will be tomorrow when we arrive back at my house. 

Please pray for safe travels. I am praying for everything to go smoothly and for no weather interruptions. 

I wanted to take a moment to wish a very special lady a Happy Birthday. Kayla Jo Morgan Yeager is 30 today!

We love you, Kayla Jo! I hope it is the best birthday ever. I miss you and want to give you a huge hug. I hope you feel our virtual hugs today.

Glacier National Park Check In

 Hey Friends,

Our Thursday was fabulous. We toured Glacier National Park. The scenery blows me away every time I visit. God's creation is magnificent!

We are worn out. I think we were away from the motel for over 12 hours. I do not have the brain power to compile pics. Our signal is extremely slow. 

Mom gave me orders to write a short post for today. Hopefully, I can have a longer post tomorrow.

Travel Day To Hungry Horse, Montana

 Hey Friends, 

Yesterday was fantastic. We traveled from Helena to Hungry Horse, Montana. The scenery is amazing. 

We arrived and got settled in a home for our stay here. The Mini Golden Inn is a local establishment. The people are extremely friendly. The rooms are clean, comfy and cozy!

In the evening, we went for a drive. We got a Glacier National Park appetizer. Thursday and Friday, we will be exploring it a bunch more.

I will try to post a couple of pics. I am struggling with the signal and the Wi-Fi.

 Hey Friends,

Hello from Montana. We had a smooth travel day. Thank God for answering our prayers. I appreciate your prayers!

Everything went exactly as planned. We did not have any delays; our luggage arrived, and our rental car was ready for us to pick up. We are so grateful.
