Midway Assembly Homecoming 2025 Pics

 Hey Friends,

Thank you for stopping by to check in. I hope your Monday is going well! Thank you for the extra prayers yesterday!

We had a great time yesterday morning at Midway Assembly! Pastor Lamar Chapman said Sunday was the 83rd Homecoming at Midway Assembly!

Colton Deane had been scheduled to sing with us for months for this service. Sadly he got sick several days ago, and he did not have a voice this weekend. We missed him, but thankfully the Lord helped us!

It was a blessing for us to have some extra help for the band yesterday! Bro. Aaron Stewart joined us on bass, and Sis. Regan Waters played drums. They were a huge help to us with music.

The Lord blessed us with a great service! Pastor Scott Morris preached a wonderful message. He had us all longing for Heaven, and praying for others to get ready for the ultimate Homecoming Day!

We enjoyed getting to see several longtime friends! Uncle Steve and Aunt Karen even joined us. It's always a fabulous day when they are in the crowd!

Hopefully, I can get the rest of the pictures from Homecoming to load. I am having some technical difficulties with the blog.

Sunday Sanity 9/7/25

 Hey Friends,

I hope you are having a great Lord’s day! This morning, we are headed to Saint Stephens, Alabama.

It is Homecoming Sunday at Midway Assembly. Pastor Lamar Chapman. Asked Mom and me to come and sing for their homecoming several months ago.

Pastor Scott Morris will be preaching this morning. We are looking forward to an excellent service with our Midway friends.

Here is a powerful little nugget for your Sunday Sanity. A precious sister from Indiana made the statement during her testimony a couple of months ago.

Sis. Barb was giving praise to God! I do not know if this quote is original to her, but she is the one I heard say it.

“He is the rock of my salvation! I have trembled on the rock! But the rock has NEVER trembled under me!”
Sis. Barbra Pierce-
Bedford, Indiana

Thanks for stopping by for a visit!

Summit Holiness Church is located at 1801 AL -14 in Prattville, Alabama. Pastor Philip Deane will be preaching Friday, Saturday and Sunday night.

The Deanes asked us to attend the meeting to help them with music. We are trading off with them.

Colton Deane will be helping us next Sunday. 9/7 at The Midway Assembly homecoming. Homecoming starts at 10:30 AM. Pastor Scott Morris will be preaching that service in St. Stephens, Alabama.

Trinity Pentecostal Church Homecoming 2025

 Hey Friends,

Mom and I spent yesterday with Pastor Alan Harris and all of our friends at Trinity Pentecostal Church. Yesterday was their 76th homecoming.

Our family has been visiting Central City, Kentucky, for many years. Bro. Alan asked us to sing for homecoming 2025,  and we wanted to do it in honor of Dads friendship with Bro. Harris. It was an honor for Boggs Family Ministries to be part of the TPC homecoming once again this year! It was good to see a lot of friends from TPC and friends from the surrounding area!

Mom and I were thrilled to have help from Bro. Carmen Dottry and his family, and we were joined on bass and drums by Bro. Morgan Stephens and Bro. Luke Stephens. It was a blast to create music with so many dear people. Thank you all for your help! We appreciate all of you taking time out of your busy schedules!

Now, I will close out with pictures. I have to include a few photos from Saturday, some food pics and a couple from our travels. Our GPS shocked us by saying Kuntucky at one point. I had to get a picture to prove it, lol! The rest of the pictures are from Sunday during the homecoming dinner and service.
