Sunday Sanity 12/7/25

 Hey Friends,

Our Christmas season is in full swing. I am sure your calendar is just as full as ours. We must not forget the true reason for this season. 

The birth of our Savior was world-changing. He is still changing our lives today! Oh, Hallelujah, I am so eternally grateful!

The month of December is going to be extra special. Tuesday’s episode was fantastic! Click HERE for that episode. I could just imagine Dad loving every word of truth.

Bro. Brent is taking us back to the genuine Christmas story throughout December. I am excited for the weeks coming. I know I will love it, and I believe you will too.

He is just one thing that jumped out at me. I thought it was a good nugget of sanity for the first Sunday of December. 

"How Tragic is it that the season meant to draw us closer to Christ actually crowds Him out of our lives?"

 Hey Friends,

We will be traveling this morning. Yesterday afternoon, our flights were changed due to bad weather in our connecting city. We opted to try flying again today. Hopefully, we will be home early in the afternoon. 

Here is a nugget of sanity for your Sunday. Bro. Bennie recently made this statement in his preaching. 

“You get from God what you invest in God! Invest life, and you get life!”

Sunday Sanity 10/26/25

 Hey Friends,

Happy Sunday! I hope you are having a beautiful fall day. I love this time of year. God’s coloring book is on display in the tree. There is a chill in the air. I am happy when I can wear a cozy sweater. 

Here is a little reminder that God is always with us. Sometimes I find myself needing these reminders during the heat of the battle of everyday life. 

We heard Bro. Will Ratliff preach in Alabama back in August. I jotted down this statement that encouraged me. 

He may not have pulled you out of the fire, but He’s still with you in the fire.

Bethany Holiness Church Fellowship Meeting 2025

 Hey Friends,

Prayer Requests

1. Pastor Doug Stevens, of Paducah, Kentucky, is supposed to have open heart surgery this afternoon. He desires the prayers of God’s people!

2. Mom and I will be flying home to Ohio from Oklahoma today. Pray for traveling mercies and a smooth travel day. 

Bethany Fellowship Meeting 2025

It is hard to believe fellowship meeting at Bethany Holiness Church is now history for 2025! The Lord visited so mightily in the services! He refreshed the saints, saved lost souls and fed us with the word of God! 

The whole weekend was marvelous!!  We had a terrific time visiting with so many precious friends! It was a blessing for the Boggs Family to be part of the meeting again this year! 

Thank you to Pastor Toliver and Bethany for welcoming us with open arms! We love you all so much!
