Cedar Creek September 2025

Hey Friends,

Happy Saturday! We are in tent revival prep mode. Mom, Bro. Scott and Sis Kim Morris along with Saylor Brooke, sorted the tent stuff. Trying to prepare for set up on Sunday afternoon.

Out of town guest are starting to come on for revival. Bro. Scott asked Jimmie Radcliffe to come help with the tent setup. I hear he arrived last night. We were not in Richton last night.

My Moms parents flew into Mobile, AL close to midnight this morning. They had a long travel day I am so proud of Gran and Papaw for flying here by themselves. We are so glad to have them with us!

Today, for pictures, we are rewinding to Wednesday. Mom and I  visited our friends at Cedar Creek Holy Church of God. Pastor Darius Templeton and the congregation have been so good to us the years.

We are so grateful for their continued friendship to us, especially through our difficult time! it was wonderful to see them in person and thank them, face-to-face. A thank you can only say so much!

I was also so thrilled to hear, Bro. Darius preach a message. It was just what I needed to hear!

Bro. Darius is an excellent preacher! Hearing him again on Wednesday brought back lots of memories from my childhood and teen years! I am so thankful for the impact that he and Sis. Kim had all my life and I was just a young girl!

I will close with the pictures from Wednesday night. Thank you for reading!

St Thomas Campmeeting 2025

 Hey Friends,

Thanks for stopping by to visit. First, I want to thank you for praying for my Papaw Eugene Boggs! We are so thankful for the prayers! He is still not completely well.

Now he is home recovering from a diverticulitis flare up. We are praying now for a speedy recovery and complete healing of all his ailments!

Secondly, come visit us at the tent revival next week. Bring a friend and share the video with anyone who might be interested. We are excited about tent revival in Richton, Mississippi!

Thirdly, I have pictures from earlier this week. Pastor Eddie Stringfellow invited us to be part of campmeeting at St. Thomas Assembly.

This is a meeting we had sang for in 2023 and 2024. We love the Stringfellows and their church people at the "end of the road"! We were able to be there for Monday and Tuesday nights. We enjoyed seeing our friends again.

Pastor Kenny Morris has been preaching this meeting since it started 33 years ago. It was wonderful to hear him preach this year. Bro. Kenny has a special way of bringing out the word of God.

Here are some pictures from Monday and Tuesday nights. Tuesday night, the moon was beautiful. My pictures aren't great quality. My pics loaded out of order, but my signal is sparse around here.

I will close for now. See you tomorrow!

Weekend In Richton, Mississippi

Hey Friends,

Today, I have a some pictures from our weekend in Richton, Mississippi. Mom and I arrived here on Thursday. We are so glad to be here for a while with Bro. Scott and Sis. Kim Morris and all of their family!

This week, we will be doing prep work for the tent revival in Richton, which will take place from the 15th to the 19th.

Here is just a picture of some of the food that was left where we are staying, for us to enjoy! They spoil us!

When Bro. Scott picked up the tent in Ohio this summer, Mom went ahead and sent most of our sound equipment with him. We will be using it next week during tent revival.

It was here waiting on us upon our arrival. This is a familiar sighting but when I had not seen in a while. it brought back lots of memories!

Friday evening we met up with Morris is for dinner at Mexican restaurant. The picture above is of my personal glass/picture of A Diet Coke. They know how to quench a thirst! I think I got my moneys worth!

Saturday afternoon we enjoyed dinner with the Morris family at their home! It was a wonderful evening!

Sunday night, we went to church at First Assembly in Richton. It was wonderful to see all of our dear friends that feels like family! Bro. Scott Morris preached a very challenging yet encouraging message. He was trying to get us all ready for the revival, and for more of God!

That's a wrap on our weekend full of adventure!

Last night and tonight we are singing at the End of The Road meeting Near Calvert, Alabama. I will have more details about that coming later this week.

Thank you for reading!
