Trinity Pentecostal Tabernacle March 2026

 Hey Friends,

Thank you for joining me today. I am finishing our Sunday recap. Yesterday, I wrote about our Sunday morning, HERE.

On Sunday evening, we were in church in Moss Point, Mississippi. We love our friends at Trinity Pentecostal Tabernacle.

Pastor J.R. and Sis Teresa Alexander have been long-time friends of our family. We have gone to church together at Dryden Road Pentecostal Church for many years. I grew up with their children as my close friends.

The Alexanders have stayed connected to Mom and me. We appreciate their prayers, friendship and encouragement. It is wonderful to have excellent people in our corner!

It was wonderful to visit with them Sunday night. Their church always makes us feel loved.

Most of all, the service was great. Bro. J.R. preached so well. The Lord was there to bring the lost back home. Several responded; it was so wonderful to watch the Lord touch them! I pray they continue to seek God!

I only snapped a handful of photos during our visit. I will post them in closing. See you tomorrow!

Sunday Sanity 2/22/26

 Hey Friends,

Happy Sunday, I hope you have a blessed day. Here's a word for your Sunday.

Our pastor, Bro. Bennie Sutherland has been preaching excellently! This is one of the nuggets that I gleaned recently.

"The burden was never meant to handle you. You were meant to handle the burden. He may not take the burden. He may give you the strength to carry it."
Pastor Bennie Sutherland

Moraine, Ohio

I hope this speaks to you like did  me. This encouraged my heart greatly.

Thank you for reading.

Sunday Sanity 2/1/26

 Hey Friends,

Happy February! Time is zooming by. I hope you are warm and well. We are not expecting more snow in Ohio this weekend. I know some people got snow, but we have frigid temps.

Here is a nugget of truth for today. This statement spoke to me recently. I have pondered it for days.

God’s will is not just a destination, it is a journey

I desire to be in the perfect will of God always. It is definitely possible to be in His will for our lives! It is a journey I will keep traveling.

Thank you for reading.

DRPC Kids Choir Sing Famous For

 Hey Friends,

I hope you enjoy this video of the DRPS Kids Choir. I captured this from my front row seat.

Sis. Emily Roberts does a fantastic job leading the kids. They love to sing, and do so with all their hearts!

It is precious to see them learning to worship! God rewards their worship with a special visitation of His Holy Spirit during the choir’s singing.

I love this song! I just had to share the video with my friends.  I hope you have a great day.

See you tomorrow.

Sunday Sanity 1/25/26

 Hey Friends,

May this nugget of truth warm your soul today. Thank you for checking in on this true winter Sunday!

This is an excerpt of a testimony from our youth leader at DRPC. I thought it was a good reminder to all of us.

“If you could see the black hole I was in….
I don't give glory to the hole. I give glory to the One who brought me out of the hole. He placed me on the Rock.”
Bro. Brandon James
DRPC
New Lebanon, OH

We can all look back to where we were before,  and we can see where we are now. Jesus is the reasonwe are here today.

We must not glory in the dark times. Satan absolutely does not deserve any glory! We must rejoice in the life-changing power of Jesus Christ!

Thank you for reading!

Beckham Porter Boggs Dedication

 Hey Friends,

Many of you have been praying for our newest Boggs baby. Little Mister Beckham is doing wonderful.

He is growing like a weed. He loves eating, and he is progressing greatly. Our entire family and the DRPC family are so thankful. Beckham is our little miracle!

Beckham is still waiting for a miracle or a bone marrow match to treat his major health issue. We are hoping and praying that it is very soon. So they can be on the road to complete recovery.

Yesterday, Jonas and Kylee had Beckham dedicated. It was a special moment to thank God for the gift of Beckham, and give him back to God. I hope and pray he grows up to become a mighty man of God!

In his tiny lifespan, he's already proven to be courageous, victorious, and a fighter! God has already given him a testimony!

Uncle Tommy, Mamaw and Papaw joined us yesterday morning at church. I enjoyed having them at DRPC for a service. They were there along with Jonas’ other grandparents for the dedication.

Here are pictures from yesterday. I hope you enjoy! Thank you to Kylee, Amanda and Holly for letting me use some of your pics along with mine.

 Hey Friends,

Happy Sunday, here is a friendly reminder for our Sunday Sanity.

This is something most of us know well. It is always good to remember that God is forever good.

DRPC Ladies Bible Study January 2026

Hey Friends,

Thank you for visiting. I hope you're having a great weekend!

Last night, I attended a ladies' Bible study with ladies from DRPC. Sis. Luvenia Lakes was the speaker, and she did a fantastic job.

She encouraged us to study God’s word and make it personal. Sis. Lakes also talked to us about our choices, decisions, and how what we choose affects our lives in the long term.

Sis. Rebecca James hosted this Bible study. She rented the Origins Coffee Shop in New Lebanon, Ohio. It was after hours, and we took over the shop. Sis. Rebecca provided finger foods. The Origin’s baristas were on hand to make us drinks for purchase.

The entire evening was fantastic. It is great to fellowship with our church sisters. I love our church family.  Thanks to Sis. Beth Austin, Sis. Abbey Dotson, Emberly and Sis. Lindsey Bishop for allowing me to ride along with them.

Here are some photos from last night. The group pics are from Sis.  Amanda Alexander.

See you tomorrow.
