Foodie Friday 6/27/25

 Hey Friends,

I appreciate you stopping by to visit with us today! I hope you have an amazing Friday. How is it already the end of June?

Over a month ago, we had a very special evening with some dear friends. Somehow, I got busy and forgot to post about it.

I will remedy that today. It is an excellent topic for Foodie Friday. I am getting hungry just thinking about it!

We dearly love Bro. Jared Burris and his family! They have been our friends, more like family, for many many years. God has ordained our friendship with the Burris family!

Throughout the years, we made many memories with them in both California and Ohio. We will forever treasure those memories. They have been with us through good times and rough times!

I am thankful that the Lord sent them to live in Ohio a few years ago. It has been wonderful to see them more often.

Most of the time it is just a quick hug and a smile at church. It helps knowing we have such fine folks in our corner. They will be there if we just call, and they have proven it.

We have been talking about getting together for a long time to just fellowship. Both of our families schedules stay so busy. The weather got in the way at least once this winter. Back in May we all decided we just need to make this happen!

The place, date and time were set! We were so excited! My taste buds were ready to taste some yummy Burris food! They are incredible cooks! I know from experience!

When the appointed time rolled around, the fellowship was grand! It was just what our hearts needed. The food was just as fabulous as I imagined it would be!

Mom loves her Grizzly Bear buddy. She missed him! 🤣

Prepare yourselves when you look at the pictures your mouth will start watering! You have been warned. I do not want you to soak your phones, iPads or computers with the saliva

Thanks to Bro. Jared, Sis. Valerie Emily, Nathan, Gunner and Grant for spending your time with us! We love you all so much!

Food, friends and fellowship, that is a winning combination! Thanks for reading about our excellent visit with the Burris Family!
