Dear Friends - Mitch Boggs Jr. and Family

In the early 2000s we met the Boggs Family from Missouri and they have become dear, dear friends. We can not even imagine them not being a huge part of our lives. We have had some great times together and we have enjoyed tremendous revival services with them on multiple occastions.

The oldest son, Mitch Jr. and his wife Lynn are near and dear to our hearts. They have visited us in several states and have worked on our barn and on Odie's house. They were here for the house dedication and they have been in revivals with us all over.

Last week I text Bro. Mitch one day and he said they had gone through Ohio in the middle of the night. I must have sensed him going by.😁

He said they would be going back through Ohio Monday so we made tentative plans to meet. As they were getting closer Sunday night, we firmed up the plans and met them for breakfast Monday morning at Cracker Barrel north of Dayton.

They had two of their sons with them, Roper and Cash.

Can you see how good that country ham and eggs look in the picture below? I know you can not taste them, but I tasted them for you trust me. They were good.

Trust me on this too. Bro. Mitch and Sis. Lynn are good people. They are extra good people and we are thankful to have them and all of their extended family in our lives.😳😁😇

I have said it over and over and over, but we have been blessed with friends more than any other humans on earth. God has wonderful people scattered all over the world and it seems He arranges to bring a whole lot of them into our lives! We are so thankful for God's kindness and for all of our friends.

Very often we are scooting across the country and we barely get to wave at friends as we go by. It has been good the last few months to be able to see friends as they were traveling through Ohio. It is a change of pace for us.

Bro. Mitch is not only a good man, great friend, fellow Christian and God called preacher. He is also a first term state representative in the state of Missouri.

God knows that we need some good men in government and I pray that God blesses Bro. Mitch Boggs and uses him for the benefit of his neighbors and citizens of Missouri AND for His glory!

You can find out a little more about Bro. Mitch HERE.

Thank you for stopping by Mile Markers today. Have a super day.
