Vintage View Vednesday 2007 Mt. Rushmore and Crazy Horse

Two weeks ago on Vintage View Vednesday, I gave you pictures of our epic adventure to Montana with my parents in 2007. That post included pictures from our first three days of travel beginning in Illinois and ending in Keystone, South Dakota.

I preempted that little series last week with a set of wonderful pictures from our California trip in 2003. We all had great fun comparing those young faces to the pictures we posted of this year's revival in Fresno two days later. Wow, time has made a change in me.

Today we get back to the epic adventure of 2007. We were on our way to preach revival for Bro. Metzger in September. My parents, Eugene and Martha Boggs, were going with us. We met in Illinois, I left the truck and trailer at Bro. Joe Dikeman's shop near St. Louis and away we went.

The fourth day began with Mt. Rushmore and got better from there. We love Mt. Rushmore, seeing Crazy Horse in progress and driving through Custer State Park and The Needles. We took so many pictures and had so much fun, I am not sure we can post them all in one day.

I will start with Mt. Rushmore and Crazy Horse.

Thank you very much for taking the time to check our Mile Markers each day. We hope you have a great Thanksgiving tomorrow.
