The Weekend Dispatch 3/7/22

Friday was another beautiful day in Ellisville, Mississippi with wonderful weather, good food, surrounded by great friends and a terrific service to top it off Friday night. Hallelujah!

In fact, two ladies prayed for salvation and the Lord came near us all in the altar service. I was rejoicing so much that I had a hard time going to sleep until way after midnight. I was overflowing in my spirit with the goodness of God to His creation. Wow!

Here are a few pictures I neglected to get in from earlier in the week and a few from Friday.

I had planned Saturday to include a leisurely day of sleeping in and then resting until about noon. Then I planned to fire up the BoggsMobile, do the work of the evangelist, hook up the car and take it nice and slow toward Wilmer, Alabama and Tanner Williams Holiness Church.

Nearly everything went according to plan, except for the sleeping late part of the day. Ugh! Even after being wide awake after midnight, my eyes were open and my mind was running all over the world about daylight. Well, maybe tomorrow will be a day of sleep.

Prepared to roll in Ellisville, Mississippi.

Arrived at Tanner Williams.

Parked

By God's grace, we made it to Tanner Williams, parked, set up and had two wonderful services Sunday with our friends. Covid has kept us separated for way too long and it was super great to be with them again.

Pastor Donnie Williamson and his wife, Sis. Gayla, have been such dear friends to us. We love being with them and their precious people. The whole weekend was super great. We loved every moment of it.

We did not roll our sound equipment up the hill until Sunday morning. It only takes us a few minutes to set up at Tanner Williams. Bro. David Watson hooked us into their system and we were ready to go.

That wraps up our weekend. Thank you for stopping by.

Davy
