Weekend Woundup and Weview 11/5/2018

The weekend report is much like many that have come before it. We closed revival on Friday, traveled on Saturday and began revival on Sunday. It is that incredible sameness that saturates me with wonderful comfort. It means we are blessed to do the thing we desire with all of our heart to do. It means Pastors are still calling, churches are still responding to our ministry and that we are still healthy enough to keep going.

It also means the BoggsMobile is still cranking and transporting us to the next location without too many problems. That is always a plus!

This weekend report is the last "normal" report for a while. For the rest of the year, things will be all over the map. When revival is over this Friday, we will rush toward home, complete our preparations for going to Nigeria and the end of the year sprint will have begun. We are looking forward to it.

Weekend Woundup and Weview

Friday night we closed revival at Redemption Holiness church with a bang. We had lots of friends visiting and that made a good night even more special. May God bless Pastor Leon Rich and all of his folks for their kindness to us.

It was great to have Bro. Galen Cummins, his wife and his mother with us Friday night.

The Millikins were there too. What a blessing!

Oh and do not forget Bro. Terry Cummins.

And Sis. Rachel McCutcheon

Also Bro. Brian and Sis. Stacy Cole came from the Oklahoma City area.

Saturday we wiggled our way out of our parking spot at Redemption and the made the 60 mile drive to Iron Post Church near Locust Grove. The trip included a stop at Flying J in Tulsa to do the work of the evangelist.

Once were arrived at the church, we unloaded our equipment, parked the BoggsMobile and set up the sound. Bro. Webster and some of the men were working on the old church/fellowship hall, removing the floor and trusses, so we had plenty of help.

Saturday evening we drove to Tahlequah to meet Bro. and Sis. Webster at Fish's BBQ. We had eaten there before and we were looking forward to going back. It was delicious and the fellowship with our dear friends was excellent!

Sunday morning was Pastor Appreciation at Iron Post Holiness Church. It was our honor and privilege to help celebrate our dear friends, Bro. Kevin and Sis. Teresa Webster. It was a great service with a terrific meal following.

The cake decoration was awesome!

We had a bunch of fun too!

Sunday night we kicked off revival!

I love preaching to these folks in this church. It was so much fun. I am looking forward to the next five nights of revival.

We had more wonderful fellowship after church Sunday night and wrapped up our last "normal" weekend for a while. It was a tremendous weekend enjoying the blessings of the Lord with our friends. It is great to be alive and to be a part of God's family.

Thank you for reading today.
