Veterans Day 2017

Hey Friends,

This is Odie reporting from California. We are thrilled to be back in California. Revival is scheduled to begin this evening and run through Tuesday at Amazing Grace Tabernacle. I am looking forward to some great services with Pastor Jared Burris and our friends in Atwater, California. Please come join us in revival if you are in the area.

Today is November 11th. In the United States of America this day is a set aside on the calendar to honor our Veterans. I am thankful for the men and women who have sacrificed and served our country!

I pray that God blesses you for your service. Our service men and women deserve to honored for their incredible bravery and commitment to our nation!

Our family is privileged to have many friends who have served our country. I count it an honor to know them personally. We greatly appreciate all of the you! There are are 2 Veterans who are special to me that are family. I wanted to honor them specially today.

My Papaw Eugene Boggs is a veteran of the United States Navy. I love to listen to him tell stories from his time in the Navy and his travels. Thank you, Papaw for your service. I love you!

Papaw was an original crew member on the USS Harry E. Yarnell. Our cousin Abbey Gruber made Papaw this awesome sign recently. I love it and Papaw gave me permission to share it with you.

I had to use the picture below because my Uncle Jay’s epic photo bombing skills.

Uncle Jay Osborn is the second veteran in our immediate family. He served in the United States Army. Thank you, Uncle Jay for serving our country. I love you! You are special to me and I know I am your favorite niece.

I am proud of the Veterans in our family. They served our country well. Take a moment to remember and thank a Veteran that you know. Thank you for stopping by to visit us today. I hope you have a fabulous weekend.

Odie
