Odie Update

Hey I thought I'd drop by for a quick howdy. First of all thanks for all the prayers for my Papaw yesterday. Please keep them coming!!! As dad said, surgery was a success, but now the rough recovery progress begins. It is about more than I can stand to see Papaw suffer. I am a Papaw's Girl!!!!!

I did not get pictures of everyone who came to check on him yesterday at the hospital. It was a long day. The picture of Victor sleeping was early in the morning. Many of our family and friends were there throughout the day. Several of our Dryden Road church family work at the hospital. They were there checking on our family and that means the world to me.

Monday night I got to spend some time with my cousin Lisa. Thanks for praying for her too. She is feeling a lot better! She is still dealing with some pain, but we are thankful for progress!!! We enjoyed just chatting over a Frappe on Monday.

Last night I tagged along with my Uncle Steve & Aunt Karen to church. We went to Bro. David Miller's Campmeeting. The choir from Ozark Bible Institute was there singing. Which means I got to see lots of friends. I did not get tons of pictures. I even forgot to get one with Deidre. Hopefully I will see her again before she leaves town.

Two churches from Hawaii were represented at the meeting. They also sang really good. An added surprise for me was getting to see the Martin Family. We are looking forward to tent revival with them in North Dakota.

Well I will close for now.
