A Little Ohio Fun

Hey Friends,

Welcome to the month of June. Can you believe that we are almost halfway thru 2019? It has already been a year of adventure. Thank God for protecting us every mile that we have already traveled.

Buckle your seatbelts for the ride ahead. There are a lot more miles to cover and exciting times on the schedule. Who knows everything that we will experience along the roadways? We are thrilled to have you on the journey with us!

This is Odie reporting in from Independence, Iowa. It is wonderful to be back at Calvary Evangelistic Center. We are having a great time with Pastor James and Sis. Mindy Ganze! We have a few more services of revival and I am anticipating a visit from God this weekend in the church services.

Soon the BoggsMobile will be rolling toward Kansas. We are scheduled to begin revival Wednesday night at Bethany Revival Center. I am looking forward to seeing  Pastor John and Sis. Judy DiZazzo and all of our dear friends in Wichita. Please come join us for a service if you are in the area. We would love to see you!

Last week we were in Ohio for a short visit. I was thrilled to see my home again. I enjoy every moment that I spend at my Beach Cottage! You can also read about our time at home last week by clicking here and here.

It was a good week with lots of fun, fellowship and food. Below I have some pictures of my time at home. These snapshots will give you a glimpse into my Ohio fun.

My dear Mother keeps me cracking up all the time. At Walmart, she came up with a “brilliant” idea to use pool noodles for rollers for her long hair. She can turn a trip to Walmart for groceries into an adventure. My Mother knows how to make me laugh!

We definitely had a few trips to our local favorite Mexican restaurant while home. The salsa is absolutely superb and it is great to see our friends at Alcapulco. Jorge and the crew always give us a big welcome home!

We were able to spend a little time with Little Jo! She is growing so quickly! She is a precious baby girl! I love her so much.

Jo’s hugs are the best. I miss her so much when we are on the road.

She was trying to figure me out! It was very entertaining.

Jo has been on vacation this week and has been so sick. Lots of people have been praying for her and the last we heard Friday evening, she is much better. Praise God.

Thursday I went with my cousin Lisa Isaacs to see her sister Geneva and Geneva’s husband Mike. We enjoyed a delicious meal at Skyline. Any time that  I get to spend with them is a ton of fun!

Mike and Geneva like proof for the blog that we were together.

Here we are!

Mike and Geneva, it is always great to see you! Lisa, thanks for allowing me to tag along with you! I love all three of you dearly!

Mom’s parents came to see us last Friday. It made my day to see them. I was in desperate need of hugs from my Gran and Papaw! Thank you, Gran and Papaw, for spending your evening with us. I love you bunches! I am looking forward to seeing you again soon.

We had to have an ice cream while we were together. We visited Whit’s Frozen Custard in Lebanon, Ohio. Whit’s is so delicious and for the record we all ordered smalls. Their portions are extremely generous!

Papaw found the ice cream cone of his dreams!

That is a wrap on the pictures that I have to share from my Ohio fun. Thanks for joining me today. I hope you have a great weekend.
