Great Weekend!

The snow and ice kept us from starting revival as planned but we
still had a great weekend.

I preached for Bro. Fellers Sunday morning and said goodbye to all
our Weir friends for another year. If Christ tarries and I can't find
a place in the Carribean to preach next winter we will probably be
back next January. Ha

Then we headed to Hornet church near Joplin to hear Bro. Kevin
Prisock at 2:00. It was great to be with Bro. Prisock, Pastor Tracy
Holden and the rest of our friends at Hornet. They all made us feel
very welcome.

After a meal at Cheddars we drove to be in church at Bible
Holiness in Neosho, MO. It had been quite a while since our last visit
and it was good to see so many great friends. We discovered that we
know a lot more of the OBI students than we realized. It was so good
to see so many of them getting in the service and digging in the
altar. Pastor Danny Taylor asked me to preach and the church made the
preaching easy for me. We sure had a great night.

We are hoping to be able to start revival tomorrow (Tuesday) at
Hale Mt. in Arkansas. Phone service is pretty scarce down there so we
may be out of touch for a few days.

Digging Out

We are digging out of the snow today. Bro. Fellers & Bro. Robert
Birran used the tractor to clear the parking lot but the roads aren't
clear enough so we will be staying put.

We are supposed to start revival Sunday in Arkansas but it doesn't
look very likely that they will have church tomorrow any way. We are
just "chillin" and having fun. We are warm and well fed!

Let it Snow!

Let it Snow, Let it Snow, Let it Snow! It is winter time in
Weir, KS. Aroun noon today we might have had 2 inches on the ground
but it has been doing some serious snowing since then. The snow is up
to the bottom of the bus step now and still falling like crazy.

We are supposed to close revival tonight and travel to Morrow,
Arkansas tomorrow but I would say both of those things are in doubt
right now. It sure is pretty but awfully cold. Thank God the ice
missed us.

I will let you know how it goes.
