I Think We Are Prepared

We were up early yesterday preparing to set up the tent today. (Saturday) We have the stake line laid out and everything is in position to start at 8:00 this morning.

We also pulled the Coyote, Chillmobile, Sardine, Greenpeace, Mystery Machine.... into the trailer to scope it out. It fits quite nicely but it will be a little challenging to strap it down. We are liking the little thing more and more.

We were washing the BoggsMobile yesterday evening when we spotted three deer leisurely eating their supper nearby. That was pretty cool. Can you see them?

I am always a little apprehensive when it is time to put up the tent so please pray that all goes well. Thanks much.

Long Day, But Blessed of God!

Blogger did an update over the last several weeks and now it will not let me format correctly from my iPhone. No matter what I do my paragraphs all run together. I can fix it from my laptop IF I have Internet but this week I do not. IF it looks like one big run-on paragraph, I apologize.

We only drove about 250 miles but yesterday was a long day with all sorts of potential for stress and disaster. EVERYTHING went smoothly and we thank God for it.

1. I have had difficulty getting the bus out of Bro. Webb's on two previous visits. Their parking lot exit is plenty wide but the road is narrow.

I had Kelly Jo back onto the road while I spotted and we had no problem at all.

2. The small roads from Princeton to Marion to Salem and Bro. Sanders church to pick up the tent trailer are not bus friendly but we sailed right through.

3. The narrow Smithland bridge is always stressful but not this time. No oncoming traffic until the very end and that little car waited until I was passed.

4. The Ledbetter bridge is closed to heavy vehicles and the BoggsMobile and trailer qualifies even without me in it!

We were detoured with the bus and trailer at Smithland down a very curvy stretch of road meeting all the oncoming trucks that were following the detour too.

All went very well. We did meet one very wide load but thankfully we passed safely in a straight stretch. An interesting note: This is the road we were on when we hit a deer with the General on the 13th day we owned it. Yesterday was the 13th day we owned the Green Machine, Greengo, Frog or whatever its name is but no deer this time!

5. The chairs in the trailer had shifted slightly when I pulled from Georgia to Kentucky in April. I had to unload all of those yesterday evening and determine the problem.

No avalanche of chairs burying me to me neck so that was a success as well.

I dropped the trailer in the parking lot at Paducah Holiness Church and parked the bus in the regular spot. Pastor Futral moved it into the right position for the tent later in the evening.

Today I will work on the 243 things that need to be completed before the tent goes up and tomorrow the Big Gospel Tent should be in the air!

I appreciate Pastor Phillip Sanders and his church allowing me to park the trailer at his church the last month or so. That was a big blessing.

Please pray that all goes well the next few days. We must have the help of the Lord. God bless you all.

Revival in Pictures - Calvary Holiness Church, Brooks, KY

We have enjoyed ourselves so much at Calvary Holiness Church in Brooks, Kentucky! Pastor Doug Webb and his wife are so precious. It is always so refreshing to be around them. May God bless them and their fine folks for their kindness and hospitality.

We plan to pick up the tent trailer Thursday and go on to Paducah to prepare for tent revival. Pray for us that all goes well these next few days.

Kari Noe from Danville, Kentucky brought her mother Ashlee and her brother Malachi to see us Tuesday night in revival. I have mentioned Kari on the blog before and she is just as precious as ever. She is fighting a fierce battle with Leukemia and she is winning by the grace of God.

We had a blast visiting with our friends and we are so glad they came to visit. Thank you Sis. Ashlee for making it happen. You can learn more about Ashlee, Kari and Malachi HERE.

What's In A Name?

Wow! You all really participated well and came up with some great names. I don't think we have ever had so many comments on a post. I could get used to that.

Thanks for all your help. We have quite a variety of names to consider. I listed several in the original post and then we thought of several more just after the post went live. It took a while but I think you all came up with nearly every additional name that we did. Two names that we had thought of previously were finally added to the list by Gran and Sarah Collins. They were Wile E. Coyote and the Green Hornet.

It is amazing to watch great minds at work. You all are hilarious! The BoggsMobile's Liitle Booger? Kermit the Hulking Booger? Kermit the Hulk? The Green Giant Mobile? The Green Gospel Gangsta? Sweet Pea? Pea Shooter? Chilli Relleno?

Man, you guys are awesome and these are just a sample or your hilarious brilliance! We have laughed our heads off.

We have noticed in reading these that America has a fascination with green super heroes and characters... The Gecko

Who knew there were so many green characters? That is pretty funny in itself!

There are so many names we like that is hard to narrow down the list.

We want the name to be concise, clever and it must roll off the tongue easily. It must also feel natural to us.

-Pickle fits perfectly but we already have one Pickle in the family: Odie Podie Pickle Hymer Schmidt and she is often called Pickle or Pepino.

-Mr. Green Jeans, Sweet Pea, June Bug, Zion's Scion, Emmy, Mellon, The Hulk and many others are clever and concise but none of them feel really good to us.

-Goober, The Slime, Booger and the rest are out of the question according to KJ.

We like several of the green characters especially The Green Hornet, The Green Lantern and the Gecko but we have ultimately rejected each of them for one reason or another although I was pretty fond of changing Odie's name to Kato as Jason suggested. lol

As for Mexican food we liked the ideas of Chili Relleno, Guacamole and Jalapeño but they are not easily shortened except for Guac and that doesn't past KJ's sound test.

-Boggs Frog definitely meets the criteria. Plus when you pull a vehicle behind a motor home it is commonly referred to as the towed car or "toad" for short.

-Sci-Fi meets all the criteria and KJ loves X minus 1 and Dimension X on old time radio.

-Wile E. Coyote is one we have talked about quite a bit. We had often joked of painting him on Mr. Cheap Jeep so that he would be perpetually chasing the Road Runner on the side of the BoggsMobile. We can imagine ourselves calling the Scion "Coyote" which kind of sincs with Odie. "Odie, get in the Coyote!"

There are two others that we like that didn't show up in the comments.

The Green Machine really rolls off the tongue easily. Several people who have seen us in the car have remarked about our new little Green Machine.

Another one that KJ likes really well is Greengo. You know how we love Mexican food and our many hispanic friends. Greengo is a play on words with Gringo which we are and a green car that goes.

That's where we are in the naming process. Let us know what you think of our short list and feel free to suggest more names.

The little thing is certainly a gas saver. We have checked two tanks for mileage. The first was in-town driving and the second was all interstate at over 70 mph. They both came in at a little over 31 MPG. We love that. We will check a few more tanks and let you know the results.

Deborah Isaacs

We had a big treat at church last night in Brooks, Kentucky. Not only did we have a good service and great fellowship but we had a special visitor as well. One of my first cousins drove over an hour to be in church with us. Her name is Debbie Isaacs and she brought two of her friends all the way from Frankfort, Kentucky.

Debbie is a sister to Lisa that went on the Gospel singing cruise with Odie back in February. Debbie has lived in Kentucky for 26 years and we have rarely seen her over the years. We were in church with her in Ohio one service last year and that was the first time in church together in years. That makes this visit really special.

God has really been doing a work in her life the last year or so and it was so good to see God continuing that work. Thank you Debbie for making such an effort to be in revival and to bring your friends. You really made my day by coming to be in revival with our family. May God bless you as you continue to serve Him.

Debbie is a faithful blog reader as well. I told her that her picture would probably show up on the blog but I didn't tell her that she would be the subject of a blog. I never know for sure where my fingers will lead me when I start typing a post. Hope you don't mind, Deb, but it is a little too late now. Lol

We are enjoying revival already. These folks at Calvary are easy to preach to and responded in the altar service last night as they always do. We should have lots of pictures to post by the end of revival.

Travel Day - Waynesville, Ohio - Brooks, Kentucky

We had a relatively short travel day yesterday. It is only about 150 miles from Waynesville to Brooks, Kentucky just south of Louisville. We did have to drive the bus and the car separately. I could not get a baseplate for the un-named green 2006 Scion xB this week and it is not really that big of a deal. Kelly Jo will have to drive it to Paducah next Thursday and after that it will ride in the tent trailer until October. That gives us plenty of time to have it equipped to tow behind the BoggsMobile. It only used a little over 4 gallons to drive down here. That is more than I can say for the BoggsMobile!

We begin revival here tonight for Pastor Doug Webb and his fine folks. We always enjoy coming here so we are expecting a great visitation from the Lord.

They are in the process of building a new sanctuary and it is tied into the present building. It is looking great! I am sure we will have more pictures later in the week.

Happy Mother's Day!

Yesterday (Friday) we took my parents to Acapulco for lunch to celebrate Mother's Day. We plan to be in Brooks, Kentucky on Mother's Day so this was my only chance. We had a wonderful visit with Ma and Pa and the meal was fabulous as usual. I forgot to take any food pictures but I imagine you are about tired of pictures of the California Burrito!

I thank God for my good parents. Eugene and Martha Boggs have been married nearly 49 years and have lived in the same house 40 years this September. They have worked hard to provide the necessities for us and have lived honest lives before us. They did their best to instill good values into the four of us children although I am sure that I didn't make it easy on them.

Mom was saved when I was 3 years old and was faithful to take us to church and to pray with us each night before she went to bed. I fell asleep many, many nights while my Mother was still praying next to my bed or the bed of my brothers or sister. There is no way to calculate the value of that. I am absolutely positive that I am still reaping the fruit of those prayers today. Hallelujah!

These last two weeks Mom and Dad have been in church with us nearly every day. To see them there taking part in the worship with their hands raised and tears on their faces is a wonderful blessing. To hear them saying "Amen" to my preaching and then participating in the altar service thrills my heart. Thank God for my Christian parents!

I love you Papa Bear and Mama Bear! Thanks for everything! I hope you have a wonderful Mother's Day, Mom! I am so glad I was able to spend some time with you the last two weeks.

Yesterday evening my brother Tommy bought some dry rub ribs for me in Waynesville. This is a picture of a whole slab cut into two pieces. They were so very good!

Tommy had been telling about this walk up place in Waynesville so I was anxious to try it. I love my ribs smoked without ever being cooked in water at all and these definitely fit the bill. He also told me that these ribs were so meaty that one person couldn't eat a whole slab. He never should have told me that. Lol

Thanks Tommy and Holly for the great food! It was awesome!

Odie has moved back into the BoggsMobile! She stayed at my parents, Kelly Jo's parents and maybe a few other assorted places while Kelly Jo and I were gone and then she stayed with my parents while we were in revivals here in Ohio. We plan to leave today so we moved her back in last night. It is a good break for her and us when she is able to escape for a few days but it is good to have her back on board!

She is hiding, meditating, praying or sleeping behind her magic curtain even as I type this post less than 6 feet away on Saturday morning.... Lol

Surprise Visit To Hillsboro

Hey it's Odie here again. It has been wonderful being home. I have been able to be with my family a lot. The asphalt in my blood is saying it is time to be "On The Road Again."

Thursday night Mom and I took the still unnamed green Scion xB car to Hillsboro for a quick visit. Gran's church was having their Mother/Daughter banquet. It had been years since we had been able to be with Gran at a banquet.

It was so fun because only a couple of people knew we were coming. We were able to surprise everyone else!! I should have had Aunt Jeanna videoing when we came in. Gran, Aunt Kim, Courtney, Kayla, and Morgan were totally shocked.

It was a great night. The food was really good too. I can't believe I forgot to take any food pics. The banquet was at the "Y Restaurant" it's just outside of Hillsboro.

Before going to see the girls at the Banquet we stopped to say howdy to Papaw Danny and Wade. They were at Frisch's in Hillsboro and we visited a few minutes with them in the parking lot. Wade enjoyed checking out the "cute" car.

I enjoyed getting to be with my Mom. We had a great evening. I want everyone to know that I have the best mother ever!!

Anchor of Hope - Revival in Pictures

The naming process for our new ride is going well. You all are doing great and keeping it interesting and entertaining. Ease over HERE and join the discussion. We love hearing your ideas.

I spent several hours today having an air leak fixed. It was only leaking when I was parked and trying to level but I do not want to re-live this day anytime soon. Today was an expensive morning but that is a whole lot better than a roadside break down.

We had another wonderful revival at Anchor of Hope near Lebanon, Ohio this week. We were blessed to have Bro. Shobanke with us two nights and we are very thankful for that. Each night of revival was good and Wednesday topped it off with a great move of God.

We appreciate Pastor Bill Lamb and his folks being so kind to us. As usual in these "Revival in Pictures" posts I will let the pictures tell the story. No way to get pictures of everybody but I hope you enjoy these...

Our New Ride...

Mr. Cheap Jeep was about to lay down on us last summer so we placed him in a good home and bought the General. We loved the ride, comfort, low miles and looks of the General but he had a tail gate that made it very difficult to load Odie's power chair (Affectionately called the Electric Chair) and the PA system in the back. Plus the General had an unquenchable appetite for gasoline that often took us way beyond budget in that area.

So we found a new home for him in Foley, Alabama and we began the search for another ride. We had several stipulations when looking for transportation.

1. It had to be able to be towed behind the BoggsMobile with all for wheels on the ground. That limits our choices quite a bit.

2. It needed to have room to carry both of Odie's wheel chairs. Which also means it has room for the PA system when we need to haul it.

3. It needed to be "Fat Man Friendly." Enough said but VERY important.

4. It needed to be affordable. We have no debt beyond the BoggsMobile and we really want to keep it that way.

5. We wanted to be able to drive past at least 10 gas stations before needing to stop. Mr. Cheap Jeep and the General loved gas stations. Did I mention the unquenchable appetite for gasoline?? Yes, I think I did...

6. We wanted something with low miles but we were realistic about this one since we were also looking for something cheap.

About 10 minutes after I sold the General my Dad called to tell me about a car he had found in Ohio. It was capable of being towed with four wheels down and already equipped with a baseplate for the hitch. Kelly Jo immediately began researching and fell in love with the car. The MPG was great, the wheel chairs fit, it was affordable and had low miles for a 2006. We found one in Mobile, Alabama that was the same year and make to see if it was Fat Man Friendly. We looked it over and after passing that last test we were ready to buy.

The only problem was the fact that we were not going to be in Ohio near the car my Dad found for several weeks. In the process of that time we missed the opportunity to buy it so we were back to square one.

Last week we found a number of them that fit the criteria within a 2 hour radius of Waynesville. We sent and received emails and texts, made several calls and narrowed the list to four. Saturday we set out to look at them with our own eyeballs!

We went to see the nearest one first. It was also the one that jumped out at us as far as color was concerned. As usual the pictures in the advertisements did not tell the whole story but we expected as much. It is impossible to show or see every flaw in a few pictures. It has some scratches and dings but for a 6 year old car with nearly 74,000 miles it is in pretty good shape. (Since we are going to pull it behind a bus it would make me nervous to have a perfect car back there.)

We drove it and looked at every nook and cranny. We made an offer and bounced the ball back and forth until we had a price we could live with and drove it home early that afternoon.

We haven't had much sunshine the last couple of days so it has been difficult to take good pictures of it. These pictures are the best I could do...

We have no favorites yet. Most of the names above feel pretty natural to me. Give us some more names or tell us which ones of the above you like. This ought to be fun. I can't turn it into a vote because the name needs to feel right to us but if some one comes up with a name that is "all that" and more and it is the clear winner in our hearts, we will have to come up with a prize. A CD package maybe?

Pastor E. Ade Shobanke, Abeokuta, Ogun State, Nigeria

It is a wonderful privilege and honor to have Bro. E. Ade Shobanke with us for a few days this week. He is in the states for a few weeks and I was thrilled when I discovered our schedules would connect in Ohio. It is always a joy to be with my good friend from Nigeria.

Bro. Shobanke was preaching in West Harrison, Indiana last Sunday for Pastor Wade Hicks and is preaching for Pastor Mike Allen in Maineville, Ohio on Wednesday. I went down to West Harrison and picked him up Monday morning and he be with us until Wednesday evening.

When we arrived at the BoggsMobile we visited for a while and sent some emails for Bro. Shobanke and then I took him on the nickel tour of Waynesville and ended it at my parent's home. Mom and Dad had prepared a feast for our guest and it was a meal fit for a king! They served turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, rolls and a delicious dessert. It was wonderful. Thank you Ma and Pa for extending such hospitality to my dear friend.

Then we took Bro. Shobanke to the motel so he could rest up for church. It was a great blessing to have Bro. Shobanke in service with us last night at Anchor of Hope. I worked him hard in the altar service praying for all that had needs and desired prayer. God moved in a wonderful and powerful way and we are expecting to hear testimonies of healing and help from that service.

You can see in this picture that we are just about beat. But it is nothing that a Frisch's Big Boy won't cure and it sure did...

We are looking forward to visiting with Bro. Shobanke some more over meals today and tomorrow and he will also be in service with us tonight at Anchor of Hope by God's grace. We will also be discussing the plans for our trip to Nigeria in November/December of this year. We are looking forward to preaching in Nigeria again and visiting with all of our brothers and sisters. We have a lot of ground to cover between now and the end of November but we can hardly wait to visit Nigeria again.

Great start to revival yesterday at Anchor of Hope near Lebanon, Ohio. We enjoyed the services, the fellowship and of course, the lunch at Acapulco. Pastor Bill Lamb and Sis. Norma introduced us to Acapulco and their delicious salsa a few years ago and we were more than happy to go back again. It was good as usual!

Sunday was a very busy day. We picked up Odie from my parents early and brought our sound system to Anchor and set up for church. After service and lunch we went back to Dodds and fetched the BoggsMobile. We parked and set up and then began to prepare for the night service. That made for a long day and a short nap but we are all set up and ready to go now.

We finally replaced the General that we sold back in March. We bought a "new to us" car on Saturday. One day this week I will snap some pictures of it and get a naming contest of some sort going. We had a lot of fun naming the General and trust me this car is going to be fun to name. Odie, Deidre and some others have already come up with some good ones we will get you involved too.

Bro. Shobanke from Nigeria is in the states right now and I am planning to go to West Harrison, Indiana to pick him up today. He will be in revival with us Monday and Tuesday and then I will take him some where else on Wednesday. We are so excited to see him and to be in church with him as well. I will give you a full report later in the week.

Revival in Pictures - Corwin Pentecostal Church

This has been a great revival. God has been so near and we give Him all the glory and honor for it. The folks at Corwin responded so well to the singing and preaching and moving of God's Spirit. Praise God for His blessings.

We appreciate all the kindness and hospitality. Pastor Acy Lamb and his folks treated us wonderfully and we enjoyed every moment of it! Thank you all for receiving us with open arms.

We are supposed to start revival this morning at Anchor of Hope in Lebanon. It is not too far from where we are parked at Dodds but we will probably move the BoggsMobile down there this afternoon. We really like parking right next to the church where we are preaching.

We have a busy day ahead so I will allow the pictures from Corwin do the rest of the talking..

A Country Boy Breakfast at Home

No Mexican yesterday....

But I did have homemade biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, pork steak and some great molasses. Mom and Dad cooked up a big spread at noon and invited us over to enjoy... and enjoy we did!

Wow! There is nothing like a great big country boy breakfast at home.

I was so busy flapping my teeth and gums on the good food that I forgot to take a picture of Ma and Pa at breakfast. Thankfully Odie snapped a picture of them with our niece Deidre at church last night. Deidre was at breakfast too.

These are a few pictures of my parents place. This is the first house Dad and Mom bought. We moved here in September of 1972 when I was 5 years old. That will be 40 years this fall.

This a bridge my Dad built recently.

This is the house taken from the road in front of the driveway to the barn. The snowball bushes are beautiful this time of year. It have been several years since I have been home in the spring when they are in full bloom like this.

This is the barn where we have a lot of our family time and cookouts when the weather cooperates. You can't see it in this picture but it has a porch all along the left side that faces the bridge in the picture above.

We had a great service last night at Corwin. God is helping us and I am looking forward to His help tonight. I am praying specifically for a few individuals in this area that are dear to my heart and life. They need God to help them so desperately and God is willing to do it. If you read this Saturday please pray that they will come to church tonight and allow God to work in their lives.

Corwin Pentecostal Church, Waynesville, Ohio

We have been having a great time at Corwin Pentecostal Church. I was raised a mile from this church in the house where my parents still live. I attended this church for Children's Church as a kid and Sunday School as a teenager and for lots of revival services but this is my first revival to preach here. I am loving it.

It is a great honor to preach so close to home but it is a double edged sword. Preaching to all these folks that have known me all my life is a blessing but they also know every misstep, mistake, and mess up we have every made. Yet they have also witnessed the grace of God working in our lives so it all balances out. They know who we are and where we have been and can plainly see what God has done better than most others.

Last night was a very good service with good response to our singing and the preaching. I am expecting to hear testimonies of God doing the miraculous in lives last night.

We are also getting to see friends that we have not seen in many years. We have been so busy visiting that we have neglected to take very many pictures. I will post the few we have and try to do better today and tomorrow.

Please pray for the services tonight and Saturday. I am praying for some friends from my youth to come and be touched by God in this revival. Some have promised to attend and I want God to saturate them with His presence. I appreciate your prayers to God for us.

Good Mexican Food - Acapulco, Ohio!

Our first day home we had some business to take care of so we stopped at Acapulco in Lebanon for lunch and it was great as usual. We are always surprised how good this place is. In our opinion good Mexican Restaurants east of the Mississippi are very hard to find. This place caught our attention on our first visit few years ago with the salsa. It is literally good enough to drink.

The salsa kept us coming back even though we thought the food was just average. We even recommended the place to others because of the salsa. We are only in our home area 2-3 times a year so we didn't go often but we would try to get by at least once while in the area.

We noticed after 5-6 visits over a year and a half or so that we were liking the food better. Either the food was actually getting better or we were just getting used to mediocrity. If that was the only Mexican food we were eating then I might concede that we were just getting used to bad food with great salsa.

But we were still eating great Mexican food in Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Texas and Arizona. We were still finding new Mexican places in those areas and other cities and states. We were still enjoying wonderful Mexican food but every time we returned to Acapulco we were liking it more than before. After 3-4 years, I still think it is getting better.

The fajitas are good, the enchiladas are good, the burritos are good, the chips are good and the salsa is still absolutely, positively scrumptious! While we were home in December I discovered the California Burrito at Acapulco. You might remember that it was a frequent picture in this Post.

Do You Know Bill Houston? That's Bro. Bill on the left in the picture below at Dryden Road Campmeeting last August.

Do You Know Bill Houston? We have been blessed to know Bill Houston for well over twenty five years. He preached a homecoming service at Harveysburg shortly after we were married and we could not believe such preaching was possible. He preached on "The Bulls of Bashan" and described what our Savior endured to pay the price for our sin. He preached with anointing, power, conviction and compassion. I remember distinctly the effect that sermon had on us. We have literally never been the same since!

It would be a few years before we would visit Dryden Rd. Church and realize that was Bro. and Sis. Houston's home church but the preaching that day at Harveysburg church opened a whole new world to us. We began to seek out preaching like that. We began to hunger for preaching backed with prayer, study and purity.

As we spent time with Bro. Bill and Sis. Darien we completely fell in love them. We discovered they were the real deal. They took us in and loved us unconditionally and quickly became an extra set of grandparents to Odie. They helped us draw closer to God every time we were around them.

Bro. Bill's preaching has been a great help to us all these years. His preaching continually confronted and inspired us. He has challenged us to dedicate every part of our lives to the Lord. He has encouraged us when we were low and caused us to seek deeper experiences in God.

However, Bro. Bill's preaching has only been part of his influence on us. It is undeniably a large part but he has influenced us so much more than that. His personal consecration to God, his pursuit of holiness and his unquenching love for souls and dedication to evangelism has produced life changing results in our lives.

Bro. Bill was the first evangelist that we spent very much time around at all. He became the ultimate personification of an evangelist to us. His passion and devotion energized and motivated us to be the best evangelists we could be. It might horrify him to hear me say this but much of what I do as an evangelist and much of how I operate came as a result of his effect on our lives.

Thank you, Bro. Bill and Sis. Darien for your Godly example, Christian character and loyal friendship through the years. You have touched many lives across America and are continuing to do so even now. God bless you for your faithfulness.

Do you know Bro. Bill Houston? He is definitely worth getting to know.

We are back in the BoggsMobile! Kelly Jo and I arrived at the BoggsMobile about 10:00 last night (Monday) and it is good to be home. We have rested much, eaten well (of course), laughed, held hands, walked and rested some more. We planned this time off over a year ago and it could not have come at a better time in our lives and schedule. We feel recharged physically, emotionally and spiritually.

I appreciate Odie looking after the blog. She did a great job! Everybody give Odie a great big round of virtual applause! HURRAH! I think she posted about 14 times over the last two weeks proving that it can be done. I know you enjoyed her posts and all the pictures. Thanks, Odie, for stepping up to the plate with all of the wonderful posts. You did a wonderful job!

My dad looked after the BoggsMobile and I appreciate that very much as well. I am always concerned about something going wrong with the bus while we are away from it but I did much better this time. Thanks, Dad, for looking out after everything for me.

I appreciate Mom and Dad and the rest of our families and church folks for looking after Odie as well. They act like they love having her around and I haven't heard of any bad behavior on Odie's part yet. I don't know if they would even tell me...

The last two weeks have been great but I am ready to climb back in the saddle and ride. In fact I am anxious to get started. We are supposed to crank up revival at Corwin (about 5 minutes from where I sit right now) on Wednesday and I can hardly wait.

I had a great day on Sunday. Thanks to Tommy, Holly and Jonas for allowing me to catch a ride with them to church.

It was great to be in both services at the home church. My pastor Bro. Bennie Sutherland preached a masterpiece in the morning "A Resting Place". Bro. Darius Templeton preached the evening service. He preached "There Is A Remedy". Both sermons hit home and the Lord moved greatly for me Sunday night!! I have the best church family at Dryden Road Pentecostal Church. I love you all so much!!

Thanks to my cousin Eric Coffman for the ride home Sunday night. I'm glad we got the chance to visit.

Lisa, Deidre, Meckenzie and I went to hear the Overcomers last night. It was great to see so many friends!!! Their singing was wonderful!!

The Overcomers is the choir from Ozark Bible Institute. (OBI). They are doing a two week tour right now.

Hey!!
I hope everyone is having a good week. Today, Wednesday,
was a quiet day for me. I enjoy a day around the house with Mamaw and Papaw. We always find something to laugh about.

Being at either grandparents house I see lots of pics of years gone by. My cousins pulled this one out the other day. It was August 1991 I was 5 years old. I was the flower girl in Uncle Danny and Jeanna's wedding.
I hope you enjoy a view into my past.

Also I want to congratulate Uncle Tommy who began is first RN job this week.

Hello!

I made it back to Waynesville this evening. I had a great 6 days with the family in Hillsboro.

Gran and Papaw Danny took me to Wilmington tonight. We met Lisa and Deidre at Frisch's for dinner. A visit home is not complete without a Big Boy and Diet Vanilla Coke.

Hey!!!

I'm with my Morgan Crew today. I have been having a blast with them since Thursday.

I'm glad for the time to be with my family. We have not been together since Christmas.

Courtney is recuperating from a surgery. I have been keeping her company. Trying to remind her not to over do it. Also I'm try to help where I can plan her graduation party.

My cousin Hunter got his Turkey yesterday. He was a happy boy.

Gran fixed a great Sunday dinner today!! Now it's time for a nap.
