My fav...Odie, always so good just hearing from You. My favorite easy recipe is a bowl of shredded wheat biscuit cereal with any kind of fruits in it. Your Tuna Casserole sounds smashing, going to have to try that out soon for the older I get I'm beginning to lean towards fish products, use to be strictly Italian food although still got to have my garlic in everything & it'll be in the Tuna also for sure for garlic keeps the fat settled down from the heart thereby lessen the chance of a heart-attack, but Prayers are a lot better in the long run.
