Well….Look Who’s 40!

 Happy Birthday, Odie!!!!!

My how the years have flown by. 

Odie was a great kid and still is. 

She is not really a kid, she is a beautiful young lady. Her attitude at home is exactly as she displays in public. 

She never asked for anything as a child and she still doesn’t…..except taking her to Hawaii or a cruise.🤣

I suppose Davy and I taught her to love to travel. 

She has made friends all over the country and they  have already been helping her celebrate turning 40.

I can't believe I'm entering my 4th decade of life! God has blessed me abundantly! I am eternally grateful for the life I have lived so far! I am trusting God to see me through this decade like all the prior ones!

My Bethany Holiness Church friends showered me with love this weekend. They made certain my 40th birthday did not go uncelebrated. 

I know two of the people that spearheaded the birthday celebration this year was my very good friend Terry Cummins and Sis. Debra Kite.  Terry has already earned the nickname of THE BRAT, and Debra might be on her way to that title as well! 😀

Thank you all so much for everything! Thank you seem so inadequate and hollow, but I truly mean it with all of my heart! You all are some of the best friends or a girl could ever ask for! I love you all! I truly appreciate all the cards and the gifts! You are thoughtfulness is overwhelming!

My 40 birthday fun will continue. We have plans to go out to eat with the family later. Mom and I will be going on a little trip to celebrate next week. No, it is not to Hawaii or a cruise, but that is in our future goals! A girl can dream, right?
